Kasmo understood these business challenges for the education provider and created a Snowflake solution for the client. Our experts developed a Gen AI powered chatbot solution called “Smart Search” that has successfully solved their business challenges. This “Smart Search” solution was built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
Smart Search reduces the dependency on technical teams for data retrieval, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity. The tool is particularly beneficial for business users who need quick answers without the steep learning curve of SQL.
It leveraged Snowflake Arctic, Cortex, and Streamlit UI, which integrated data from various claims sources into the Snowflake Data Cloud almost in real-time. It processed user inputs and intelligently retrieved relevant metadata. Snowflake Cortex then sent a prompt with the user’s request and context to a large language model (LLM). The response was then delivered back to users through the Smart Search web interface.
