Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To):

Need someone who can understand the complete Salesforce Ecosystem of Products and build the accelerators and complex use cases with in Salesforce Platform
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet project objectives and client requirements
Design solutions using Salesforce platform and follow best practices for SFDC development
Follow SDLC process and design principles to deliver high quality software
Effective communication with project managers on status and timely delivery
Team player willing to collaborate throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
Ability to Build the curriculum and Train the resources

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF/Lightning/LWC), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
Experience in Building the AppExchange products
A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
