As part of our team, we are seeking a Business Development Executive. Who identifies growth opportunities, solves data problems, and helps companies open doors to new leads and meetings. Help expand market presence, develop strategies, build relationships, and increase sales and revenue while staying informed about industry trends.
Upon successful completion of the three months of probation, the Business Development Representative may be offered a full-time position at Kasmo. Kasmo values internal promotion and career growth and provides ample opportunities for employees to advance their careers within the organization.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
• The Executive needs to conduct research on prospective clients in the Insurance, Manufacturing and
Digital Native industries in the U.S. and Canada.
• Generate leads through various channels, including online research, social selling, networking events,
cold calling, and referrals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and
goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and maintaining regular communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and
presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal status using CRM
software.
• The Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential decision-makers, such as C-Level Executives,
Vice Presidents, and Directors, to present Kasmo’s services.
• Set and conduct well-prepared face-to-face and virtual meetings with decision makers; get results by
asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value
and meet client needs
• Prepare the required materials and presentations for sales meetings.
• Conduct a competitive analysis and suggest process modifications as needed.
• Able to work during CST/EST hours with flexibility.
Required Skills:
• A candidate holding an MBA, BBA, or B.Tech degree with a background in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to effectively prioritize
tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is highly valued.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills are expected.
• A strong desire for relationship-based selling is a significant asset.
• A willingness to thrive in a performance-based environment is a key quality we are looking for.
