  • Reporting and Presentation:
    • Prepare and present clear and concise reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement:

  • Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • MBA from a premium institute.
  • Experience:
    • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, preferably in Salesforce.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Team Player:
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of additional business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability:
    • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
