About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques. This role will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The Analytics Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop predictive models, and present findings to stakeholders.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
2. Develop predictive models to forecast business performance and optimize operational processes.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for
measuring success.
4. Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
5. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving initiatives.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data-driven insights.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data science.
8. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and
interactive dashboards.
9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
10. Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis and predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus.
• Certifications in data science or analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Google Data Analytics Certificate) are a plus.
