Good work experience of the SFCC platform and Site Genesis (SFCC/ Demandware development, maintenance, or support projects)

DETAIL ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware)
Understand business requirements in the format of specifications or user stories and review and validate them for development purpose
Interact with the tech lead and clients to create/discuss/understand end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions and articulate business need in terms of SFCC Business Manager Configuration
Adheres to policies, guidelines, and procedures of Valtech and client while development is carried out
Unit testing of the application and documentation
Integrate various third party cartridges like Cyber Source, PayPal, Alipay, Listrak, Bronto, Avalara with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecommerce sites
Provide inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation
Ensure services are delivered as per SLAs
Write application code that meets or exceeds the defined quality standards
Accountability for development tasks assigned
Diagnose and solve technical issues related to e-commerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation
Need to work with third parties for various integration cartridge integrations
2-4 Years with 1+ years of implementing commerce application with SFCC in last 2 years
Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements
Integrate commerce cloud with 3rd party/backend systems leveraging link cartridge/OCAPI/custom services while ensuring scalability, performance and coding guidelines
Diagnose and resolve technical problems during implementation and support phases in a timely manner
Help team/client with Business Manager Configuration and administration
Create reusable cartridge/components
Implement build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality.
Good understanding of coding best practices
Requirements:
Total 10+ years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
Minimum of 3 years of developing ecommerce applications and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
